- Payment confirmation — proof of payment such as reference numbers or screenshots. We do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or OTPs.
- Communications — the messages and information you send us when you inquire or book.

- To issue tickets and travel documents through our platform partner and suppliers.
- To communicate with you about your booking and provide support.
- To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, the performance of our service to you (fulfilling your booking), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests as a business, consistent with the Data Privacy Act.
5. Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to fulfil your booking, including with:
- Global Pinoy Travel & Tours, our platform partner that processes bookings.
- Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers required to issue your ticket or service.
- Government authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We require partners who handle your data to protect it appropriately.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain records required by law (such as for tax and accounting), and resolve any disputes. When it is no longer needed, we securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable organisational, physical, and technical measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While no method is completely secure, we work to safeguard the data you entrust to us and to limit access to those who need it to serve you.
