1. About these terms
These Terms & Refund Policy ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Voyage PH ("we", "us", "our"). By requesting a quote, making a booking, or paying for any service through us, you agree to these Terms. Voyage PH is an authorised travel partner; bookings are fulfilled through the platform of Global Pinoy Travel & Tours and the relevant airlines and suppliers. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Our role
Voyage PH acts as a booking facilitator. We help you search, quote, pay for, and arrange travel products such as flights, packages, and add-ons. We are not an airline, hotel, or transport operator, and we do not own or operate the travel services you book.
The actual travel products are provided by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers, and fulfilled through the Global Pinoy Travel & Tours platform. Each supplier has its own terms, fare rules, and conditions of carriage, which apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.
3. Quotes & pricing
- The price we quote includes our service fee, unless we clearly state otherwise.
- Airfares and availability change constantly and are not guaranteed until your payment is received and your ticket is issued.
- A quote is valid only for the period we state at the time (for example, [QUOTE_VALIDITY]). After that, prices and availability may change.
- We confirm the live price before you pay. The price you approve at the point of payment is the price that applies.
4. Payment
- We accept payment via the channels we advertise (such as GCash, Maya, or bank transfer). We never ask for your full card number or one-time PIN (OTP).
- Tickets and bookings are only issued after your payment has been received and cleared. Until then, your fare and seats are not secured.
- You are responsible for paying the full quoted amount. Bookings will not proceed on partial payment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Confirmation & tickets
Once payment is confirmed, we process your booking and send your e-ticket and booking reference to your email and chat, usually within a short time during business hours ([HOURS]). Your booking is only confirmed once you receive this official e-ticket and reference. Please check all details immediately upon receipt and tell us at once if anything is incorrect.
6. Accuracy of your details
You are responsible for giving us complete and correct information, including each passenger's full name exactly as it appears on their passport or valid ID, date of birth, and (for international travel) passport number and expiry. Airlines may charge fees for name corrections or changes, or may not allow them at all. Voyage PH is not responsible for costs or losses arising from incorrect details that you provided or confirmed.
7. Changes, cancellations & refunds
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the fare rules and policies of the airline or supplier for your specific booking. Many tickets are non-refundable or carry change and cancellation fees set by the airline. These rules are beyond our control.
- If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will check your options and any costs with the airline or supplier.
- Where a refund is permitted, it is processed according to the airline's or supplier's rules and timelines, and may take time. Any amount refunded is the amount the airline or supplier returns, less any applicable fees.
- Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been processed, as it covers work already performed.
- We may charge a reasonable handling fee for processing changes or cancellations; we will tell you any such fee before proceeding.
8. Travel documents & eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including a passport with sufficient validity, visas, and any health or entry requirements for your destination and any transit points. We can offer general guidance, but we do not guarantee entry to any country. Voyage PH is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyage PH's responsibility is limited to arranging your booking with reasonable care. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures of airlines, hotels, suppliers, or the platform partner. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the appropriate courts of [GOVERNING_CITY], Philippines.
11. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The latest version is always available on this page.
